SEQC entered into a group agreement with Fortified Provider Network (FPN) effective June 1, 2003. Reimbursement is 85% of billed charges. SEQC has exclusivity in Gaston County for the specialties represented under SEQC. SEQC also has "Most Favored Nations" protection in Gaston, Cleveland and Lincoln Counties. It is not necessary to send credentialing applications to FPN as SEQC has delegated credentialing authority.
